The Problem with BMI
BMI is just weight divided by height. It doesn't account for muscle mass, bone density, or where you carry fat. Athletes often register as overweight!
Better Metrics
Waist circumference, body fat percentage, and overall fitness matter more. A thin person can be unhealthy, and a muscular person can be perfectly healthy.
Focus on Health
Instead of chasing a number, focus on how you feel, your energy levels, and your fitness. Those are the real measures!
